Terms of service
The ground rules for working with OutputEase.
Pending final legal review. These terms are complete and accurate to the best of our knowledge, and have not yet been reviewed by legal counsel. Final wording lands before launch.
Our services
OutputEase Inc. provides workflow optimization, automation, AI integration, custom software, and related training and support. The scope of each engagement is set out in its proposal, which is agreed before work starts.
Proposals and billing
Projects split into two or three milestones, typically 50% at kickoff, 40% at the mid-point, and 10% on delivery. Prices are in CAD. Hourly work is billed at $150/hr CAD with a two-hour minimum, available after the free Discovery call. Care retainers are billed monthly, and unused hours roll forward one month.
Ownership
You own what we build for you. On handover, the systems, documentation, and access belong to your team. We may reuse general know-how, patterns, and our own tooling across engagements.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential, and we sign NDAs on request. We only name you as a client with your permission.
Support and warranties
Builds include 30 days of post-launch support. We fix defects in that window at no cost. Beyond it, support continues under a Care retainer or hourly work.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is capped at the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
