The free Discovery call settles it. We map your workflow, recommend a tier, and give you a rough budget before anything is committed. No obligation.
Scope is a paid operations diagnostic: $1,500 plus tax. We map your intake, reporting, and compliance, surface the single biggest manual drain, and hand you a fixed, costed build proposal you can take to a funder or board. Where the free Discovery call sketches a rough budget, Scope delivers senior, fixed-scope work. The full $1,500 is credited toward a Launch or Build engagement booked within 60 to 90 days, applied to your kickoff invoice. On a fiscal-year budget, the credit carries into your next fiscal year on request.
Projects split into two or three milestones, typically 50% at kickoff, 40% at the mid-point, and 10% on delivery. We accept e-transfer or credit card.
Hourly work is $150/hr CAD with a two-hour minimum, available after the free Discovery call. For ongoing needs, a Care retainer is usually better value, and the effective rate drops the more hours you commit.
Yes. As a CCIB-certified Indigenous Business, we align invoicing and documentation to grant requirements, fiscal-year budgets, and funder reporting.
Training videos, SOPs, and 30-day post-launch support are standard. Ongoing Care retainers (Lite, Core, or Plus) keep systems evolving once you are live.
