Questions about pricing
The free Discovery call settles it. We map your workflow, recommend a tier, and give you a rough budget before anything is committed. No obligation.
Scope is a paid working session: $875 plus tax. We spend about half a day with you and up to five of your people on one real task, in the tools you already pay for, such as Microsoft 365 and Copilot. By the end, the task is running and your team has a one-page AI use policy and approved-tool list. Within five business days we send a short plan for what to tackle next, in order, with a rough cost. We run it by video, or on site anywhere in the National Capital Region at no extra charge; elsewhere in Eastern Ontario, mileage is added at the CRA rate. The full $875 is credited toward a Launch or Build engagement booked within 60 to 90 days, applied to your kickoff invoice. On a fiscal-year budget, the credit carries into your next fiscal year on request.
Projects split into two or three milestones, typically 50% at kickoff, 40% at the mid-point, and 10% on delivery. We accept e-transfer or credit card.
Hourly work is $150/hr CAD with a two-hour minimum, available after the free Discovery call. For ongoing needs, a Care retainer is usually better value, and the effective rate drops the more hours you commit.
Yes. We align invoicing and documentation to grant requirements, fiscal-year budgets, and funder reporting. If your funder needs it, we can quote an hourly rate with estimated hours by phase, tied to your funded project, and invoice monthly against the hours used.
Yes. We're building a public record of our work, so clients who let us tell their story pay less. If we can name your organization and publish a short case study of the work and what it changed, Launch, Build, and Scale cost 20% less. You approve the case study before it's published.
Training videos, SOPs, and 30-day post-launch support are standard, and every engagement ends with a stated usage outcome. Ongoing Care retainers (Lite, Core, or Plus) cover coaching, office hours, onboarding new staff, and optimization once you are live. Care runs month to month with no minimum term, and you can end it with notice before the next month starts.
