  • Launch builds typically land in 2–4 weeks. Build engagements run several weeks to a couple of months. Scale engagements can run a few months. We agree timelines before kickoff.

  • Training videos, SOPs, and 30-day post-launch support are standard. Ongoing Care retainers (Lite, Core, or Plus) keep systems evolving once you are live.

  • You do. Everything we build runs in accounts you own, and on handover the systems, documentation, and access belong to your team. If we ever part ways, nothing breaks and nothing is held back.

  • Your data lives on established cloud platforms, in Canadian hosting regions wherever the platform offers them, encrypted in transit and at rest. We handle personal information in line with PIPEDA, limit access to the people working on your engagement, and sign NDAs on request. And because everything runs in accounts you own, the data stays yours.
